These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tr1971 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the tr1971 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are detected, tr1971 reserves the right to merge them, suspend them, or close them without notice. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tr1971 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

All financial transactions on tr1971 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tr1971 supports a range of local payment methods to ensure convenient and accessible banking for all players across Bangladesh.

Accepted Payment Methods

tr1971 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. tr1971 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your tr1971 account in real time or within a few minutes of successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. tr1971 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside tr1971's control.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. tr1971 reserves the right to reverse any deposit believed to originate from a third-party source and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the cashier page. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day and dispatched promptly thereafter, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

tr1971 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tr1971 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred outside the platform are the player's sole responsibility.

All bets and wagers placed on tr1971 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game type or sports betting market, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the wager and that you understand and accept the relevant game rules.

Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be altered or cancelled. tr1971 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the original schedule, settlement rules applicable to that specific market will determine the outcome of bets placed.

Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official results as confirmed by the relevant sporting body or game system. In the event of a dispute over a result, tr1971's settlement decision, based on available evidence, shall be final and binding. tr1971 reserves the right to delay settlement where there is reasonable doubt about the integrity of the result.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. tr1971 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request to close your tr1971 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, tr1971 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Please allow up to five business days for the closure process to be completed.

Suspension or Closure by tr1971

tr1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of the account by a person who is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation necessitating account restriction.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will also be forfeited. Verified real-money balances that are not subject to active investigation will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tr1971 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tr1971 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. tr1971's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
